We use Canada Post to make our items insurable and traceable. As a result, this allows us to confirm it got to you as promised. 

We ship out items within five business days, if the item is in stock. Please check availability for each product. Actual delivery time of any order will depend on the method of delivery and final destination.

Priority/Rush orders can be requested and additional shipping charges will apply. If your item is unavailable or backordered, you will be notified.

 

To create less waste as possible, we sometimes reuse shipping boxes that have been previously used.
